Not able to access forums.digitalpoint.com

    well I am having really strange problem. I am under university proxy and though I am able to access all sites(even www.digitalpoint.com) but I am not able to access forums.digitalpoint.com. I am always gettin connection timeout. Obviously I am also not able to ping it as well.

    But I am able to access forums.digitalpoint.com using proxy sites like www.shysurfer.com (which I am doing right now). I am just not able to understand what to do. This problem is with all browsers FF/IE/Opera. and I am pretty sure that the server ppl have not blocked the forum. Any suggestions before I reinstall all browsers ?

    You can't ping the server because it doesn't respond to pings... but it's definitely up (obviously). :)
