    I saw allow the Japanese to train troops for a invasion on North Korea if they test a nuclear bomb. With the help of South Korea. ;)

    The USA doesn't have the funds or other resources (troops, too) to get involved in another stupid war on terror and nuclear weapons. I hope we stay out of this, but I doubt that'll happen.
