normal image into a vector one

    how can a normal image be coverted in to a vector one..... the easiest way?

    This method is called "Trace". Succeeding or not, the result depends of how complex is the image you want to "trace".
    You can try importing the image to CorelDraw. Then go to "Bitmaps" --> "Quicktrace" or Centerline trace" or "Outline trace".
    That works the most for me is "Outline trace" - "Detailed logo"
