NOODP Metatag

    My site is not listed on DMOZ and I obviously have no idea as to when it will be.
    What I need to know is will using the metatag NOODP hinder or help with my pagerank.
    I'm trying to get a PR greater than zero for my site
    www.dees-fanydress.co.uk and any advise would be welcome
