Hi I just thought I would post this because horrible misleading spam has flooded this site, 99% of the postings here are wonderful the other 1% though are spam from people who most likely have no clue on how to be a successful affiliate marketer, postings like Data Entry At Home or Process Rebates At Home and See How I made $30.00 over and over again are all garbage, if you want to learn how to be successful at this game you need to look in the obvious places, do things like search for "free tutorials on affiliate marketing." CJ.com offers something called CJU which has free advice from seasoned professionals. Take the advice from people who are successful, there are plenty of people here who are so experienced it just amazes me that they are here, but they are here because no matter how experienced you are you always learn something new. So please, please don't believe all the posts and buy in to garbage, would you buy the brooklyn bridge from me if I told you I held the title/deed to it? Im still not a pro at the game myself, but am still completely dumb-founded by the amount of total spam and obvious-the answer is right of front of you-type questions that still get asked here. Not that it's a problem per se, as if you have a question it should be asked. But i would suggest making sure that there is substance to your question and that you detail it properly so we can take your inquiry seriously, and to help provide additional insight into your inquiry. believe it or not but we are here to help, so do ask, just make sure your question make sense and you provide enough info that we can help. then again, like i said, im no pro myself, but in the short time i've been doing this, i've been able to get results and have learned a thing or two jody is right too about the additional resources. CJU is a great place to start! you can try wikipedia as well.
You are absolutely right jodyq. For some, affiliate section of digitalpoint is the place to spam and promote their products. "Get rich by internet marketing" Ebooks are never going to make anyone rich, expcept probably the people who wrote it.
yes thank you, but it is not always those ebookers, it can be a noob asking a serious question and some body posts a little suggestion about pm'ing me and I will show you how to get qualified leads and make money over and over again. That too is a huge scam
lol you know all the info in those ebooks are easily accessible online for free. why pay for the milk when you can get the cow for free?

You make some good points Jody. Those points also carry over to alot of the make money online blogs. Some of them just crack me up. The writer says I will show you how I made blah, blah and when you read the post it is just the basic stuff that has been printed by a thousand other people and then they pitch you an ebook, script or an aff link for a network.
