Hello! I'm a total adsense noob. once I made $50/day through some adwords arbitrage but this was rather luck. I have been reading a lot of threads in this forum and have the feeling that here are a lot of competent guys, so I think this is a good place to get some answers for those questions: 1.) How can I influence what kind of ads appear on my website? I set up a page with adsense ads and want ads about "credit card debt consolidation" (because I'm getting traffic from ppl which could be interested in stuff like this). What should I do? Use the keyword "credit card debt consolidation" very often on my page? would it help to add the keyword 10000 times? would it help to use also relevant words like "credit card debt relief"?? does the name of my domain play a role here? would it help if some "credit card debt consolidations" sites link to my page?? Could I just copy the wikipedia article about credit card debt? 2.) Could you tell me some simple rules to increase my EPC? 3.) What about all this "getting banned" stuff? Couldn't I just write a bot which clicks 10000 times/day on my competitor's ads to get their accounts banned? (read a bit through the forum as I said) Best Regards, Paul
The words you use in your articles have huge effect on what your ads will be so yes, you have to balance the amount of times you use keywords. If you over do it, you wont get the right results. You can't write a bot to click 10000 times, google has technologies to take down stuff like that. It wont work, and you may be caught.
