Noob Question

    I wanted to know how do you get an image to show us in the address bar when someone visits a page on your website? Most site have their logos in the address bar when you visit them, like DP have the that diamond like image when you go to any page on here:confused:

    This is called favicon.

    To add it in your webpage put following between <head> and </head>.

    <link rel="icon" type="image/gif" href="path/icon.gif" />

    placed in root (or whatever) directory

    yeah.

    create a favicon.ico - just google it; there are online tools. And upload it to your root directory.
