    I am absolutely new to building websites so i am learning as i go. I am building a blog website and i really like how the blog posts have a scroll effect like this website https://www.reagan-simmons.com/blog. can someone help me attain the same or similar effect for my main blogging page. Is there a code i can copy and past to attain this effect. Thanks in advance. Looking forward to your replies.

    If you're looking to copy and paste, it'll be harder than trying to understand the actual code and how it works. I would think the best place for you to start is by using Bootstrap, it's here: https://getbootstrap.com/
