    Hi,

I just want to know, that if one of my sites had a certain amount of PR and let's say "disappeared" from my server, but has been uploaded again,it will obviously lose the PR it had,but will the page's PR be given back during Google's next PR update.

    Any response will be appreciated.

The PR will be as it is unless the backlinks to your pages are there in the google index...PR is related to backlinks to your pages...:)

Yes. The site will get the PR. Infact you should be seeing the PR now also. If you remove a page from your site which orginially had some PR assigned to it, and make it online again after some time, it should still have that PR. As long as no backlinks were removed.

yeah...they were right...backlinks are the one's that boost your PR...that's why linking with other sites which does have high PR can pass your site some of it and increase your PR...So get a lot of quality and trusted sites that will link back to you...:)
