this is my first time building a site and i have no previous exp with webdesign. I think what i want is very easy i just don't know how to do it. my site is for a gaming clan (knightsofnine.com) and i want to put a form on the indivual member pages that they can fill out a form asking them questions about what info they want on their personal page. they fill it out and hit a submit button and it emails the form to me.

    e.g.

Do you want your real name displayed? _________
    Display email?________
    ETC...ETC...

    SUMBIT

whats the best way to do this??

    thank you for any help

EDIT: i'm using dreamweaver and hosting at godaddy.com

I feel your pain...building your first form is frustrating for every designer. But, it does get better. :) I'd suggest you use a form generator on this one, then look at the code for future reference. You'll be building custom forms in no time. Here's the link for a great form generator: http://www.tele-pro.co.uk/scripts/contact_form/
