I have never used adsense, i got an account set up and they gave me a link, but i never used it, now i am ready to finally go ahead with setting adsense up properly, im just curious, Adsense pays out EVERY time someone clicks on their advertisements on my website?, so i could an email to 50+ of my friends saying "Hello mate could you go on my website and clicks the advertisements" ....?
    Confused =/

Google not only looks at clicks, but where the traffic came from that produced the click, the pattern of clicking, etc. Any clicks that don't look "natural" won't get counted and will likely get your account disabled for invalid clicks. Emailing 50 people and asking them to click your ads pretty much will guarantee you will lose your Adsense account forever.

Traffic needs to come from legitimate source (best is from google search engine itself)
Click are paid yes, but some checking are done, so don't try to cheat, no need to.
You've got only one chance at adsense, if they ban you, you'll have to find another name/adress to open another one.

Google is smart, don't try to cheat them, they'll catch you, just do it legit!

Definitely do not do that. It's not worth losing your Adsense account.
