None of my pages are indexed

My pages are not indexed.
I just found the pages where I would list (did not yet) -- on known sites like Skaffe, Gimpsy, Joeant, Illumirate, Ezilon and few others, and I checked to make sure page is index with Google and non of them were. I was bit surprised.

 

Have you got some category examples as they may not be popular categories
Not sure of course but a possibility

 

I am surprised to hear that. I don't think --such old and experienced directories will have any empty categories! or better they would keep it empty. And if there is content bots are supposed to visit that page.

 

That is surprising. Any URL samples ?

Sorry, I spent 10 minutes pasting 8 links for you all to see but this forum, which lets every Tom Dick and Harry spam with their links wont let me show you these important links pertaining to my thread. Please PM me if you want to see them.

 

Or if you can figure out a way how to show you them let me know. I tried to sreenshot them on image shack and that's not working either. unbelievable

 

When your site gets listed on a low pr page and all you have is low pr links pointing to your site then it might take awhile for google to visit those pages again, does'nt matter which directory it is, google will get to those pages and recache them sooner or later.

Try listing your site on a few of the directories that place the newest sites on their homepage, get a few links like that and you should see faster results. These kind of directories are recrawled quite often because content changes alot.

 

www.thebestdirectories.com was index on it's first day...view the cached from 5 days ago and view it now...as banless says.

Don't forget to add the period after the www
