    http://ellysdirectory.com/ to http://www.ellysdirectory.com/

    then i want to ask.

    before i pointing all link to http://ellysdirectory.com
    then
    it will affect at http://www.ellysdirectory.com/???

    pick a normalized standard of your choice ==> with or without WWW then use a canonical URL link element....

    Probably not and that's why 301 is used to retain the PR and the link value that you already created.

    No! search engines will transfer all juice of old pages to new and considered redirected www URL instead of non-www.

    No, all the link is now point to www instead of non www because you already redirect the non www to www
    That's one of the reason we use redirect
