I'm from us and got ypn invitation and i know i can not use it because i'm outside US. Just wondering if i use DP member name and address to sign up and share the revenue.
I am willing to share about up to 10% and pay the ypn tax.

is it again TOS? if not, anyone insterested??

    Regards

Are you sure this can be done? I received an invite too and I'm not using it since I'm not from us. I will ask them if this is posible.

I don't see how you could use the account without being from the US since you have to provide tax information that a non-resident is not going to have.

I really don't understand why people keep asking this question again, and again, and again . . .

Of course it is against the TOS. Why wouldn't someone from the US just sign up for his own account? If you used their name and did something that yahoo didn't like, they would be prevented from being a yahoo publisher.

So if I pay 40% in income taxes, with 10% additional, you are going to give half your YPN earnings to someone for just lending their name?

Even if it wasn't against the TOS, I wouldn't lend my name to someone else. They could do a click fraud scheme and since my name is on the account and I'm receiving the cash, I could wind up being arrested and then stuck trying to explain how I was getting the money but had nothing to do with the click fraud. I don't think so.
