For the people in the U.S that chose the option "NON-US Resident" on the tax option does the check say "NON - U.S resident" anywhere on the check? Do you have to give proof that you don't live in the U.S when you cash it?
WHy don't you set up direct bank deposit. Then you dont need to worry about cashing those checks in. Too many fees for my liking with checks .
the check itself doesn;t say non-us resident. however, if you live in the US, then the check will be mailed to US address which makes you US resident, right? if you however live in the US on a temporary assignment or as a foreign student or a guest worker, then you can still sign up as non-resident and get your checks mailed to an US address.
