Non relevent links

    I know somewhere where I can get free pr3 links. But there aren't relevent to my website. Will they help my pr and search engine rankings much?

    Google consider a quality link which relevance to your site.It will help your PR but it will not count as a quality links for Google.

    You have nothing to lose. In the worst case, the backlink will mean your site will be crawled more frequently.
