Non-Relevant Ads - Can't Get Rid of Them

I just released http://www.killmymac.com/, and the ads are all about public service and voulenteering (from "donate" keywords, even though they don't take up the majority of the page).

I tried targeting certain sections, and ignoring sections with "donate" words in them. How long does it take for the section targeting to kick in? I did it about 20 minutes ago and I'm not seeing any change.

If that doesn't work, what else can I do?

try to wait a litle longger, maybe around 2 or 3 days, maybe adsense so adsense will craw your site much better.
you can try several ways, visit this link for more "http://blog.xoogie.net/index.php/2006/12/23/how-to-fix-irrelevant-ads/"

I can't see any Google ads on your home page but on some of the other pages I see Google ads that relate to Macs and one page had ads relating to bodybuilding and stretching exercises.
