Where are you from? If you are from the US you can visit http://www.irs.gov/individuals/article/0,,id=106778,00.html Also, whatever state they operate out of you can check the states website. Google is your friend. If you do not have anything other than a suspicion, do not report it (just my opinion). There are a lot of things the host will have to go through, causing issues with service and support as they will be too busy trying to prove they have been paying them. Why is it you don't think they are paying their taxes?
