Non Profit Mass Emailing ?

    Hello,

I'm doing some work for a non profit organization that sends out emails to various people at various times for various things. They send out quite a bit of emails.
What would be the best solution to implement into this organization that would handle the bulk processing without bogging down the mail server and also keep these people off of black lists.

    Thanks

Using a third party auto responder service like Aweber.com, Emailaces.com, Getresponse.com, or Constantcontact.com

I really don't suggest it, but if you don't want to spend money you can use freeautobot.com. But remember that you get what you pay for.

how many contacts are in your list?

as for service John Guanzon suggested I think they are too expensive for non profit org.

It really depends on the amount of mail you need to send out on a daily/weekly basis and the amount of money you have to invest in the campaign itself. How are you currently sending out your email campaigns?

The emails they were sending out were to anywhere from 10 to 200-300+? people that were on their lists. I know the email addresses were coming from people that were interested in whatever they were sending, but they were using Outlook. They have been recently been using Group Mail but I don't think that this is the solution that they need either. Due to their nonprofit status they need something very cheap or free.

    Thanks
