Non-javascript CPC or CPM network

    Are there any networks who feature text links or banner ads without using javascript?

    So basically, just a A tag with an IMG tag inside ...

    Besides, PHP isn't really an option either ...

    if it was like that it would be a redirect and the link will not be change able.... so i guess not only javascirpt would really work.

    Unfortunately, the bot not read javascript.
    Direct link can be created only through server script.

    AdECN networks such as Canep Media provide a URL backup for running ads if your site is not compatible with Javascript.

    YieldManager as well as many other platforms provide iframe HTML code as a backup to javascript. If you ask a network for an alternate code they may be able to provide a backup option even if it is not offered through the platform when you generate code.
