Non Incent offers

    can non incent offers be added as freebies? (like giving no money for doing offer, but giving virtual money)

    Non incent offers mean exactly that, you're not allowed to offer anything to encourage visitors to signup for them. Offering anything including virtual currency would not be allowable.
