Is there any good SEO expert, if could explain me, if this is any use or will help in SEO, I am noticing most of the backlink I am getting, showing as " no follow" are those links does any help in SEO or traffic, or no. How someone can avoid getting no follow links, as when we post comments in blog, how do we know, its going to be no follow link
You should have no follow links in your link profile. If you do only no follow, then you risk raising red flags with Google. It wont be of a huge help in terms of SEO, but good for making your link profile look natural
seoquake is a best Mozilla plugin for this just install it .. This will show you if there is any nofollow link or website .. i am using this its very helpful
No-follow links do get indexed in Google. But they are not really helpful in increasing your rankings in search results. These links do not carry link juice as well. So it's recommended that you get only dofollow links.
Nofollow Link - No SEO benefits. Only benefit is to get direct traffic. Dofollow Link - Provides SEO benefit to increase SERP ranking and page rank. Ref: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g37bwBlifnk (Listen from Matt Cutts directly) You can install SEOQuake or SearchStatus plugin in Firefox or Chrome and change the settings to highligh/line-through nofollow links. It will highlight all nofollow links when you view a page. You can easily find a comment is nofollow using this plugin. Dofollow link will not be highlighted, so getting a link from comment or post from that particular page will help your SEO. Alternatively, you can also view the source page and check the link of commentator. If you can find any "nofollow" or "external nofollow" tag to the link, than it is nofollow.
You need to use SEOquake and installed it in Moxilla for you to find out if the site/blog is no follow... It will highlight all no follow link ....I dont get much no follow link but I dont mind getting it for traffic purposes...
There is no harm in having no follow links; anyway, it is still count as backlinks after all. It just weight lesser (I think) compare to do follow links. So, there are no reasons for you to avoid no follow links.
