Non-English Directory list urgent

Hi To all folks.
I am basically link builder recently i have project of Non-English(Arabic) website.I want non-english directory list where arabic website url,title and description can be place for directory submission.More over if u any good suggestion to tackle this(arabic-site link building) situation

Can I suggest that before you offer a service you should do the research? Aren't you the one getting paid to provide the service?

main problem is I know abt google translater and use it frequently but my question is can i use english sites as well for link building (Arabic keywords) ???

 

arabic directory list is very small but you could find them if you use Google.
