    Hi dear friends.
I want to know how non-english characters affect Pagerank.

My Thread name is in russian. it is : " розыскивается "
i use Vbseo plugin which enables to replace /remove or keep non-english characters

so if i replace the characters it will be as : mydomain-dot-com/9-rozyskivaetsya.html

So i want to know if this is SeoFriendly url or just Eye-Friendly url?
    :D

If I were you, I wouldn't use special characters in URL, because it is bad for global search engines, which I believe wouldn't recognize keywords in URL as they were.
But if you target local market only, this shouldn't be much problem. I woudl however advise that you use main URL written with standard characthers and alternative URL with special characters (but do a "canonical").
