Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete Contract

Hello all,

I wish to hire a freelancer for a few weeks to work on a sub section of my new site and I wish to make sure that they don't disclose or compete with the project I am working on.

I have two questions regarding the above:

1) Are there any free places or templates I could make use of for this sort of contract?

2) Do they physically have to sign this contract with ink or can they do it via email?
