I need to create a non-disclosure agreement for someone to sign, is there any other way apart from me mailing it them signing than mailing it back for them to agree to it? or another way of them legally giving consent?
    Any help apprieciated.

They can be signed electronically as well in most cases. Create the form, have it online where they can read it, add a field where they can add their name, and a button to submit it to you. You can probably find some examples of online contracts that would have the kind of language you'd want to include to make sure they know it's treated as a valid signature.

You should always read what you sign or you get in to trouble one day.

ive done numerous NDA and NC when I was trying to broker electronics....

that safest way, if you want to make sure it's 100% authentic and usable in court is if you had it notarized, but usually you can just scan and email.
    or fax.

I would think that, whenever public money meets a non-disclosure deal, then there has to be concern about whether some other payment is involved or not.
