My error log get's lots of messages like this "Non-authoritative answer:"

That's all, nothing else, and there could be 100s of them, one on each line.

I've goggled it, but can't find how to fix it.

I run 3 domains on the same server (Win 2008, Apache), so I use Virtual Hosts. (Read something that it could be because of them).

Any ideas how I can fix these messages, what does it mean? I did found some stuff about it, but I didn't understand much of it (kind of a noob om server configurations).

    Many thanks in advance!

    This is not a error.

For example if i'm use my internal DNS server or OpenDNS or Google name servers in my ip configuration and i'm try to open http://contoso.com, these name servers must ask another, authoritative name servers to serve my request. In this example authoritative name servers are

    65.55.37.62
    64.4.59.173
    213.199.161.77
    207.46.75.254
    65.55.226.140

    Take a look http://www.magic-net.nl/dns-lookup.php?fname=contoso.com&Get+DNS+records=Get!

This is difficult and normally not necessary to use only authoritative name servers to query DNS requests.
