Hi I hope this is the right place to post this was not sure if i should post here or in the legal section. Right i own a domain XXXXX.co.uk i have owned the domain for over 2 years and built up a large site which is well know both on-line and off-line. a competitor has just register a domain which is near identical to mine XXXSXX.co.uk My domain is: XXXXX.co.uk There domain is: XXXSXX.co.uk They have open a site which is the same as mine they have tried to make there site look like mine you get the idea. Nominet rules say. In order to be successful you must prove both of the following on the balance of probabilities: * That you have Rights in respect of a name or mark which is identical or similar to the domain name(s); AND * The domain name(s), in the hands of the Respondent, is an Abusive Registration I can easily prove both of them points What i want to ask is am i best doing it my self or paying some one to submit this complaint for me i am not the best with words and legal terms and would hate for my claim to be lost do to me not wording it right or do they take that in to account and are more interested in what happened than how its worded. Are there any templates i can buy like fill in the blanks or can any one recommend a company who can do this for me. Thanks
