NoFollows on Blog Posts - Does it Matter?

I have this nifty lil program called RealLinkFinder and it helps me find blogs that rank for certain terms related to my niche. I then can post on them and get a backlink. Its very similar to CommentKahuna.

Anyway, I can search for FOLLOW or nofollow.. and by default its set to search for only DOFOLLOWs. But I've heard that google probably still does look at nofollows also.

Is it worthwhile to post on nofollow blogs for backlinks?

If you also want to get human traffic, yes. If you spam blogs that are dofollow, they will delete your comments anyway. Write constructive comments that are good for both search engines and humans.

comments on nofollow blogs never help increase to get rankings. They are useless. They provide only traffic when somebody read your comment& click on your link. That's other thing u get a backlink for Yahoo & MSN. As i know Google also consider it as a backlink but still useless.

Bcoz they do not allow to pass PR juice.

    So stop work on them

Links from nofollow site still helps. I've been doing comment posting on nofollow site but still it get indexed. Dofollow is only for site that needs PR juice. But me I wouldn't mind if it's nofollow as long as it helps on SERP.

Both the Dofollow and Nofollow are helping your in SERP and also traffic. The different is just DoFollow will provie you more benefit which is backlink, this backlink can help you to increase your PR.

I've been looking at the backlinks for my sites a lot recently with both the Google and yahoo backlink analysis tools.

I know for sure that both yahoo AND google are indexing no follows, which certainly with Google I was really surprised at.

Nofollow blogs will only give you traffic, no good for backlink :)
You can still do this though, I do :)

Links with no follow attribute don't count as backlinks. They don't have any PR juice.
