Nah, the best thing to do is use Firefox and install one or more of the SEO plugins. One of the better ones is SEOQuake. It'll highlight or linethrough any nofollow links.
There are other ways no follow can be done and it doesn't show like that. You can check your backlinks at a place like www.backlinkwatch.com and it tells you which backlinks to your site are no followed.
This is basically the same thread you already made. Just view the page source or use a plug in for firefox.
(in Firefox) right-click the link and go into the properties - if it's nofollow, it will say external nofollow under 'Will open in'
The source code will not tell you everything, check this way: www.someurl.com/robots.txt. If there is a Disallow: atribut, search engines will not cache the mentioned pages. Robert
