You can make the links no-follow that is not bad for SEO but you can't save PR by adding a nofollow, you can just have the maximum benefit of your links from the homepage by limiting the external links to minimum. Linking internal pages however is not going to affect you anyways.

I would upgrade your URL structure so you get URL's like >

.com/forum/forums/27-TV-Worlds-Forum-Link-Up (Adavnced VBCMS used on index hence 2 forum mentions but you get my drift)

Then you have keywords in place instead of php? nonsense

OK so if you have VBSEO you must be running a VB 3 something like 3.7 perhaps 3.8 or something like that.

Now with VB4 you get SE friendly URL's with words and I assume you will have that set so with VBSEO - so my question would be

Why worry about some short php? bit if you have actual keywords in the names of your forum URL's? -

Surely if you are using your words wisely when setting up each forum you are using words you want to get found by the SE's

So I would say just leave it and don't do no-follow

i Don't Full understand your Question ! , i Use VB4 + VbSeo , Also my Forum is Non-English and i don't like use Keywords name on Topic Url .

my question in other word : See this page http://www.vbseo.com/forums/ you can Find internal (ex. http://www.vbseo.com/f220/ , http://www.vbseo.com/f80/ ... ) this links on this page http://www.vbseo.com/forums/ is DoFollow, that right ?
so i think if we make this internal link as Nofollow , index Page (http://www.vbseo.com/forums/) don't share Pagerank to this internal links .

uhm Did I ask a question? Well other than VB3 or VB4

TBH I think I am getting us both a little lost here as VB4 doesn't need VBSEO for URL's

I have never used VBSEO as when I went on their site a couple of years back the VBSEO site was not actually using the VBSEO product it's self and their URL's we're non SE friendly - I see thing have changed since then

Any how I still wouldn't worry about setting no-follow attributes - perhaps someone else can give some reasons why you might want to though who knows?

Internal links do not decrease your PR, so no need to make them nofollow. But if you make them nofollow these pages won't get the benefit of the PR of the homepage. Try to limit the external links if you are worried about losing the PR.
