    Bing does not support NoFollow as far as I know.

    I think, almost all search engine but yahoo still count no follow as back links.

    Since "rel" was anchor tag that no one used, G started using it as a way to prevent PR from flowing. Since G is the only one with PR, it effects G only.

    All major search engines respect the nofollow meta tag. This was agreed up by them a while back. Nothing against some of the previous posters but you all should really brush up on your facts.
