Nofollow Links more

    I have a website, and i have nofollow backlinks more than dofollow backlinks..? Does it effect the site..?

    It doesn't matter as long as your backlink are quality backlink

    I don't see anything wrong with tha at all, even my site has the same thing but I don't see any effect on that.

    It is just said that nofollow = no following, as in it doesn't build you backlinks. There's no harm. It still does something, i.e. provide links.

    its ok , there is no problem due to more nofollow backlink , some time the nofollow link can bring some serious visitor to your site ,

    nofollow simply means to google that those are ads and shouldn't pass link juice. sites with large ad budgets have 100,000's more no-follow links than do follow. think about ebay inside the ad sense network. they buy keywords for EVERYTHING. they probably have millions of no-follow links.

    These are the nofollow best practices that I follow:
    1. Links are 'followed' by search engines by default
    2. When the search bots follow the link, your site is associated with the linked destination
    3. Whenever association is undesirable, rel="nofollow"
    Of course it's more complicated than that, but it's a good basic guide.
