    And if nofollow link have impact in yahoo search engine.
    And what about google search engine?

    Yes.
    It is not actually the 'impact', the search algorithms to count links to a site in yahoo remains same! I don't see any no-follow links displayed as backlinks in Google but chances are that Google might display a no-follow link in SERP's if it finds more relevant to a query searched. Say for example you can see Google displaying certain forums links even though they are no-follow!
