Nofollow Link from HIGH PR website, HELPS in SERP and PR of website

    I have two question

    a) Nofollow Link from HIGH PR(PR5+) website, HELPS in SERP and PR of website ?

    b) Nofollow Link from HIGH PR website and FOLLOW LINK from NO PR or 1 PR website which is more useful for my website ?

    Please advise

    in no follow links you can increase your visitors even they are no follow,both are good but do follow site are much better.

    do follow link from 0pr, and1 pr site is more beneficial rather than no follow sites , till they have good alexa (minimum)

    But some sites are giving you direct traffic from nofollow link as well. Like articlesbase.com is a no follow article directory but you will get lot of clicks from the links.

    If you want them to count, I'm pretty sure all of them have to 'dofollow'. The higher the PR, the better. But there are no bad links, unless they are coming from 'bad' places on the internet. Grab what you can get.

    Blog comments links are essentially useless for traffic, just make sure you post the link on high PR sites for link juice.

    Also, nofollow links do nothing for your rankings. But 1000 nofollow links on places that get noticed are better than 100 dofollow links where people will never see them. Assuming you can't get first page with 100 dofollows of course.
