Hi i have a question for those who are good in HTML and SEO

Consider the following code, i have added "rel=nofollow" here. I want to know what part google will follow or will it completely ignore the image title, and alt tag or, please can someone explain what exactly will happen?

    <a href="www.my-affiliate-url.com" rel="nofollow"><img src="http://my-site.com/imgage.jpeg" alt="alt tag" title="title of the image" width="180" height="180"</a>

    Thanks in Advance

In this your image can be easily read using the defined alt tag, the only your suggested tag prevent search engine that do not follow this link.
