nofollow-dofollow!

    If those links are pointing to another website (which isn't yours) then make them all nofollow. If they are pointing to a page on YOUR website then make it dofollow.

    If you want to decrease the number of outgoing links from your site then use nofollow on the links for the other sites. This way you will be able to prevent passing of PR from your site to other sites.

    I agree. Make sure you don't have more dofollow outbound links
