Is there a way for us to know if a particular blog defaults "NoFollow" for comments? Also, our blog is in the wordpress.com platform, and we believe it has NoFollow set as default for comments. Is there a way for us to change this? We understand we can't install plugins.
Use Firefox and install the dofollow plug in. Blue links are dofollow; Red are no follow. I've personally been disappointed with Comment Kahuna. Many of the results are actually Nofollow and do to the interface you can't easily check the links because they don't open in firefox. So in the end I find over 50% of the blogs are nofollow and I waste a lot of time.
Right click on the comments link (the name or the website used by your commentators) and click properties. If the is nofollow or external nofollow, then your blog is nofollow. By default wordpress and blogspot are nofollow. You can instally dofollow plugin in your wordpress to change it to dofollow. I changed my blog to dofollow too, it is very easy. It won't even take 5 minutes. Just get a reliable dofollow plugin.
bestbeach, install this plugin, then open "Instruments" and put a check on "NoDoFollow". That's all Look at your pages)
i ussualy view the [age sourse of that site / blog, and search for nofollow attribute. I didn't know that is a dofollow plugin for mozilla, i'll try that.
