    No Follow link can't help to increase SERP. But it help to increase popularity and also traffic.

    Hi in my opinion no follow links is good because you have a submission different websites and it is helpful to traffic increasing in over websites...

    Dofollow sites is good for backlinks. Nofollow don't because when Nofollow come behind your links the clawler don't see the link.
    But nofollow can bring your site many visitors.
