When you go to a website just right click on the mouse and click on "view page source" then you will be able to see the source code of that page. Now press Ctrl+F and type nofollow to find whether its a no-follow or not. Mostly there will be no mention like "do follow" unless and until it is required
Go to Page source and check the coding Meta tag=robot (something like that)..if in soucr code write index follow,.its mean that website is do-follow
