If your using firefox you can install http://www.quirk.biz/searchstatus/ or any similar plugin that will highlight nofollow links.
Searchstatus or seo quake can show you nofollow links on a page. You will have to right click on SEO Quake and select 'like through nofollow / noindex'. Searching for nofollow in source is a good method too. But you wil have to match the links using anchor text and URL. Many pages have selective nofollows enabled (comments in a blog).
Seoquake can be used with Int. explorer too. Those who don't know it, give it a chance. I think it is a must.
I am using SEOQuake toolbar for check the nofollow sites. It's a Mozilla Firefox adons go to the : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/search?q=SEOQuake+toolbar&cat=all And install it to Firefox after installing right click on icon and check it the no-follow.
Add-ons installed. Now which highlighted links are no-follow? Blue or red? Pressed and the source code poped up, now how would I now which link is no-follow?
