nobody knows the Web Interface problems I've seen

One more question. I have set the web interface up as per the Optigold ISP user guide. I've made it to the configuration of the Web Companion: "Disable instant web publishing, make the home page index.html" The page index.html does not exist in the Web Companion drop down list. menu.html and prepaid.html are the options it gives me. Using menu.html web interface options do come up, but none of the links work. I click on Customer Statements and I get an error message popping up saying index.html does not exit. I click on Dial-Up number locator and another error message pops up saying phone.html does not exist.

I have checked the Web Security database to make certain that it was correct and I have also checked the permissions on the web user "employee". When chatting online with another Optigold user they told me that it might be that FileMaker Pro Unlimited isn't installed. However, I don't think this is the case, since I've been told that the web interface had been working previously and was turned off due to security concerns in the past.

any idea what might really be going on?

It sounds like your web files (at least some of them) are missing from the Web folder under FileMaker Unlimited. The easiest thing to do is load the Optigold ISP installer on that machine and do a "Web Server Installation" to install them.

That did it.. Thanks. I had done the installation before exactly the same way.. It's rather odd it worked this time. Thanks again.
