I failed to see where the "increase" in arsenal of nuclear, what I read was they wanted to increase the security and increase on nuclear weapons maintenance. He wants more rent a cop and a few janitors, what's the big deal in that, those things do dust you know.

    really?

    Quoting...

"This investment is long overdue. It will strengthen our ability to recruit, train and retain the skilled people we need to maintain our nuclear capabilities.

'It will support the work of our nuclear labs, a national treasure that we must and will sustain."

Doesn't sound like he's hiring rent-a-cops to me. The only maintenance going on is the maintaining the development of nuclear weapons. He wants to make sure we can continue to manufacture nuclear capabilities.

Where that is say it was stock piling for more nuclear? Is the US Government making/buying anymore? No they are not, doesn't say any where in the articles.

The government is just making sure that it is safe and far from harms way such as a terrorist or spies etc,.. The facilities needing up keeping so that no faulty wires and such to ever happen that could lead to a melt down.

    • Recruit can refer to:
a recently enlisted member of a military or paramilitary corps, still in training.
    • Maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) involves fixing any sort of mechanical or electrical device should it become out of order or broken (known as repair, unscheduled or casualty maintenance).

I may be mistaken, but isn't Obama doing this to get Republican support, in return, for his climate change bill?

It clearly states that they are investing in maintaining the production of nuclear capabilities. You can misinterpret it however you like. The point is OBAMA is investing funds to the production of nuclear weapons, only 2 days after he publicly stated that nuclear weapons were the "greatest danger"

Nowhere does this include added security measures, so you can drop that claim.

If he wanted republican support he would stick to his words rather than changing them to please the people. Its a typical Obama situation, he says what he thinks everyone wants to hear and he does what benefits him the best. Typical politician, no change there.

No, just maintaining them. It's right there in the text you highlighted.

Don't worry, you have just taken another shit without pulling your pants down. Now be a man, suck it up and move on. It's tragic to have to see you wriggling around claiming something was said when the very text you highlighted exposes you as someone who fabricates and misrepresents what someone has said.

Here's a tip for the next time you want to be deceitful. Don't post the quote if you plan on later pretending something entirely different was said, you have kind of done the work for us there. How embarrassing for you.

~ Not exactly a roadblock in world armaments and what about freezing defense spending for any reason than the same old wasteful outlays etc.....Not much of a liberal undertaking so far for Obama and the Pentagon.

I don't have any problem selling weapons to Taiwan. However, I'm not sure Obama really deserves all the credit for this. It looks like this was approved over a year ago.

Yes, but it goes on to define whats being maintained (you just had to read 2 more words Stox, tsk tsk) , and that's the "capabilities" not the weapons. They are investing in the maintenance of our nuclear weapon capabilities.

If anyone is misrepresenting anything its those of you that are not reading entire sentences, or adding to whats not there

Again, for those missing the point, and hiding behind minimal details that don't matter...The point is, he has invested more money into the nuclear weapon industry, only 2 days after declaring them the "greatest danger"

MR Peace not only has added money to the nuclear weapon production, he has invested more so than even Bush!

regardless of how this money is being used, its still supporting "America's greatest danger"

Yes the maintainance of the capability. Do you have this much trouble with other sentences written in plain English or is it just the sentences which need to be altered to fit in with what you wished he had said?

    Capabilities to do what Stox?

    Simple question.

Again your dancing around the point, but lets truly see who has the problem with English here.

maintaining the nuclear capability, what iv been saying all along. Maintaining the capability doesn't mean extending the capability. When somone says they are doing maintainance on their car it doesn't mean they are buying a new car car or more cars, it means they are making sure the one they have works properly, which is the distiction you are having so much trouble with.

So it looks like it's you, as it enevatibly always would be, who has the problem with English. I'm sorry that he didn't saying easier for you criticise, but you'll have to just look for something else because this particular criticism is based on nothing but your ability to read and comprehend simple sentences written in plain English.
