noah with sef urls

anyone have any experince with making noah classifieds urls sef ? thanks

for a demo check here i use that:

option,com_noah/Itemid,2/ is not a sef url, and if using 404sef for joomla sef urls noah component wouldnt work properly i tried this before.

do you call this sef url http://www.punjabnewsline.com/index...tegory&fromfrommethod=showhtmllist&clearoff=1 ?
and i know its possible with the sef joomla tools to change the url to be sef but this will cause the noah component to work inproperly
