    As far as I can tell he is honoring my first initial offer, this is a PM I received from him earlier today.

    I have been working away and left all comms with my brother who assumed it was an auction.I am now back home again.

    Sounds interesting. This whole sale has been a nightmare and I can't believe that he's not posted on the thread to explain what's going on. He could have sold it for much more if only he'd been clearer/more informative!

    This is the strangest auction I've ever seen.

    I am fascinated that your site is ranking so well on the search engines. however is there any particular reason why all the posts which the site previously had, are deleted? I mean, the way things currently look, the site will have a drastic decrease in the number of indexed pages in matter of weeks.

    And why aren't there any posts at all...if it ranks well on such a keyword, and receives traffic, why are there no posts?

    I dont mean to bash your auction, just that I might be real interested in this site. And I need some answers before bidding.

    In addition can you give me detailed traffic stats and proof of revenue.

    Well the day that I spoke with him and he stated that yes I was going to acquire the site, it all of the suddenly vanished. It disappeared the entire site. Posts, design, everything.
    Don't really know what happened. All he told me was that everything was "accidently" deleted.
    For all I know he probably sold it to someone else for a higher price and just sold the domain.
    Very weird indeed.
