I purchased this site about 8 months ago, on this forum for $3500 , unfortunatley due to unforseen "real life" circumstances I just have not had the time nor inclination
to do anything with the site.
In the right hands this site could be awesome and a real money spinner.

The site has earnt around $500 in text link sales since October (but as I said I have not pushed this at all)these sales come from an ongoing Text Link Ads account.

you will have to take my word on the extra earnings below as they came via credit card/paypal etc

I put an advert for text links on iwebtool and sold around $100 worth selling the links at $20 per month.
I stress again that in the right hands this site could earn big money... putting adsense on the site would bring in good returns.

Visitors: around 4000 uniques per month

Thats the beaty of the site!
It grows without any input from owner and has achieved no 1 search engine spots... and if you actually spend time with the site it could be awesome.
Rob T hasnt responded to pm's so last chance for anyone to bid.

I would be prepared to look at a swap with a good proxy netowrk.

 

To be honest, i think the graphic design of the site is a bit much and overwhelming. if the entire site was designed as is the design on the following page of your site, i would probably buy it: http://www.webmastersforums.net/forums/search-engine-optimization/
overall, you have a good domain name and a lot of nice content on a site with a lot of promise.

The site runs on vbulletin, which is template driven..if you prefer the other template all you would need to do is change the template (takes 10 seconds)

 

i have changed the template quickly to show you that the templates are not set.

I don't know how he is doing this.
I wish he would clarify things. I mean there was no activity for 20+ days and then he posts:

So i offered $600 via PM. under the assumption that it would be first offer over $500 would take it, but it doesn't seem to be that way.

Would really like to see what comes of this.

Doesn't seem very fair to me if he accepts other offers after making posts such as the one he made.
