No winner for lottery in Phpbb for many times!

    Alright, this is getting really frustrating...my forum's lottery feature is up and working, but somehow, there is always no winner! It has gotten so absurd, that the current jackpot is 2,370.00 Boiling Points (forum cash), which is A LOT. Members usually can only get 2BPs per post, and 4BPs per topic. The current percentage i set it at is 20%. Can you recommend me what percentage i should set it to so that there is ALWAYS a winner?

    This is an obvious question. If you want a winner every time, set the percentage to 100%. :p

    Also bear in mind that the higher the jackpot, the more people will be interested in winning it (as long as it's not impossible to win).
