Hello, This is what one of my client has asked me. “I have received an email from my Bank top take great carte with overseas transactions. I am sure it refers to our transactions. Xoom have refused. Paypal says they are going to send me a report. I am very worried. I need to be careful. Could you tell me what is going on? What is the problem between you and Paypal? I need to clear all this before I do any more transactions. Please tell me WHAT THE REAL PROBLEM IS. I tried to send through Western Union and they have refused too. They want me to contact them for the reason. I will ring them tomorrow. I think you do have a problem---probably caused by Paypal. I am afraid I need to be careful too. Please tell me what happened with Paypal.†It seems there is no way to bring money to India. What about our hard earned money? Can’t we do outsourcing from India? It seems, considering terrorism some action has been taken in the banking system. This has directly affected us. What do you think we should do? Thanks and Regards
Yes!!! RBI tightened the money transaction from foreign countries to INDIA. All the money transactions should be Properly channelized through them after signing an agreement. The process is underway. Hope the PAYPAl will clear the docs with RBI. Until then, it is really a tough time for webmasters and online money makers of INDIA.
Finally, I have been able to get the money via Western Union after Western Union spoke to the client for a long time. Thanks and Regards

I don't think so friend. As a result of these issues paypal has withdrawn the fee too. The only problem is it will take a few days than any other services. But the good part is, so far no complaints with the withdrawing method through checks..
