    Is update over?

    I didn't get any PR.

    I have pretty high quality backlinks for my site then also i didn't get any rank how?

    Updation is over as far as i know. Now updation going on at their dcs internally.

    One thing to remember about PR updates is that Google does not necessarily go recrawl every page in their index right before they update PR. So you might have lots of good links, but Google may not have found a lot of those links yet. So be patient and just keep up your regular seo efforts.
