It's been 19 months without a TV for me. I don't miss it one bit. I am 10x more productive and go to the movies more than ever! This is in the top 5 best choices I have ever made. -Ty P.S. It is not hard without it. I will admit to buying season 2-3 of lost on iTunes though.
Right choice. I stopped watching TV few years back and I don't regret a bit. Now when I occasionly turn the box on and see what mind-washing crap I used to poison my brain with, I start to feel glad about the decision I made. Now I only need to stop smoking and workout more, learn to be flegmatic and stop being lazy and I think I've done it .
I only use the TV to watch a occasional movie, I do not like regular TV too many adverts plus mind-washing .
Good for you then, Most of the time I only watched news in the morning just to be aware on what's going on in my area of concern.
I think most of use here watch only our computer screens, lol. Since I have been focused on Internet projects I haven't watched much TV.
I watch TV all the time. Can't live without some stuff on the TV, none of the soaps though , just the sports and a few gameshows
I rarely watch TV anymore myself, since I have a piece of crap black and white 13 inch 1 station TV in my room... could buy one but I don't miss it that much, just listen to music
If you guys had a tivo your experience would be much better, but I agree there isn't much to watch on TV now a days anyway.
Hardly ever anything on. We got tons of channels, but nothing hardly ever on when I go to watch. Just tuned it out I guess
